Hi,
I was trying to increase the amount of RAM allocated to VirtualRPC-Adjust today and it seems to crash if I allocate more than 256MB.
This is not the end of the world for me, but I thought I'd mention the problem.
I have 2GB in the PC, so that should be sufficient to spare at least 512MB for VRPC, although 1GB would be even nicer
Cheers!

You need to remember that VRPC behaves like a real RiscPC in terms of memory handling. So the maximum it can support is 256Mb, the same as a real RiscPC.

Yes I'd forgotten that, although I thought it was the OS4.0x that had that limit.
With a Kinetic and RISC OS 4.39, you can have more than 256MB RAM.
Having said that, I now realise that VRPC doesn't emulate the Kinetic card :?
Cheers!
