When we had the Shuttle from R comp it was set up with no problems. Then something has changed ?

I can use Messenger to receive email and can use the internet. Now we can't send or forward emails.

Andrew at R comp have been has been very very helpful. I have changed the settings as instructed by Andrew but it makes no differance. Yet it works on his set up.

I have little knowledge with computers, to me it is like a firewall or something not letting Riscos through or talking to Windows or the internet or where ever it needs to go.

Have anyone had this problem

Sorry that you are having a problem, however I doubt that I am going to be able to help as I have never used Messanger Pro.

It would certainly be worth checking your firewall(s) to ensure that VirtualRPC has full access and isn't being restricted in any way.

I would also try sending an e-mail from Windows as this would help narrow down the problem, as if Windows can't send e-mails then we know the fault is with Windows itself.
