My function keys don't work as expected. F3 doesn't save and F8 launches iTunes!

How do I fix this?

I've put a short article about this in the Mac Knowledge base:

As Aaron has pointed out you can change it permanently through the preferences. However, you can also get the function keys to work without having changed preferences, by first holding down the Fn key (bottom left on my iBook) and then pressing the F Key, so Fn + F3 will give a save in RISC OS, or Fn + F12 will take you to the command line, etc. Can be useful as you still have access to the Apple function keys whilst in the emulator.

It is also useful when using capital lock, since you may have found that when you press capital lock, you get capitals but when you press it again it doesn't turn them off. Fn + Caps lock will usually do it.
