Does Parallels offer any advantages to VRPC users?

Dunno. What's the real question you want to ask? Parallels and VRPC are different products, doing different things.

I understand that Parallels is recommended for People who want to use Windows on their Macs, but that it also works with VRPC. I'm just wondering if it offers any advantages to a VRPC user that make it worth buying.

You can certainly run a Windows version of VirtualRPC on a copy of Windows being run via parallels - but, sorry, I still don't understand the question.

Parallels allows you to get more out of your Mac by making it very easy to run Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc on the box. It does not offer any direct advantages for RISCOS.
