Has anyone found a way of using the fn key as an insert key on the iMAC. I particularly miss it in Eureka when I need to insert a new column or row. I know that I can use the Eureka menu but a key would be preferable.

That is not the point Aaron. I already have the function keys F1 to F12 working under VirtualAcorn but on the actual Risc PC above the delete key there is a key marked insert. On the iMAC that key is marked Fn and is used to swap the action of the function keys. I want to be able to use that key as an actual Insert key. Is that possible? I would not be bothered if it remained inoperative under OSX as I cannot see any likelihood that I would require the OSX usage.

The Mac keyboard layout is non standard and lacks several keys including '#'. However the keyboard is USB based, so it might be worth connecting a standard 102+ PC keyboard to see if that works correctly.
