Has anyone tried VRPC on Mavericks ?

It works pretty well. The only problem I've found is that the Power Manager doesn't work. So VRPC won't 'pause in the background' - on a MacBook this doesn't help battery life and I find continually shutting VRPC down when I'm doinf something. Does anyone know if this worked in the previous Lion OSs?
