 Post subject: Phone and e-mail problems.

I thought I should just post a quick note to say that our phone line went down on Thursday morning and we have had no phone or e-mail access until early afternoon today (Monday). I am getting through the e-mail backlog as quickly as I can. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by any delay in replying.
