I am trying to use Access and Shared file between my Alpha and my Risc RC. When I try to use !AccessSet on the Alpha, I get an Error Message from "Line 110".
I am using Select 4.37, and I suspect that due to the different Boot the file to store the Shares does not exist at the expected location. Any comments from anyone.
John

Folllowing up my earlier posting. The problem with !AccessSet and Select is that it tries to load a file into a folder that does not exist. ("Choices.Boot.Tasks"). If you create this folder !AccessSet runs OK, but I still can not get the file sharing to work

Yes, it's a mistake. Instead of using Choices$Write AccessSet is trying
to save the file directly in the wrong place (well the right place for
RISC OS 4).

I will have a look and try and fix this.
