Hi :(

I have a recent version of VirtualRPC-SE. I cant access the internet on the RiscOS side. Access via windows is fine using a network card and router.

Any help would be of value.

Kind regards

George

Are you sure you have the networking pack installed?
What apps are you using on RISC OS?
Do the bundled NetSurf and Oregano2 demo work OK?
Make sure Windows is connected to the Internet before
loading VRPC-SE, does it work then?

Only recently purchased it; networking pack integrated in package.
I have re-installed VirtualRPC after re-installing windows. First time round, it worked OK.

Both above browsers and rcomp internet suite fail to work; unable to resolve IP addresses. I can ping the router and my ISPs primary DNS server. Cant ping cybervillage.

Still doesn't work.

Thanks for your assistance.

George

 I'm just realised that my firewall is blocking VirtualRPC. I normally set it to allow access full time. I must have mucked it up this time.

Sincere apology.

Kind regards

George
