 Post subject: Updating Microdigital Alpha VA RPC

Has anyone had any luck in getting upgrades to the MD Alpha version of VA? I have one of the very first alpha laptops (issued before VA RPC became a standalone product). I would like to upgrade it to the latest version if possible.
Having unsuccessfully tried to upgrade via the VA website downloads, I asked Aaron what the problem was - he said that I had to get the upgrades via Microdigital. So I checked out the MD website - no obvious links to a download page. I then emailed the company - no response.
Any ideas anyone?

You need to contact me by e-mail, I can send you a little fix that will enable the upgrades from our website to download onto an early Alpha. I can't think why I said to go to MicroDigital, I must have been having a senior moment. I will need the serial number off the Alpha.

I also have an early alpha which is reluctant to accept all the upgrades. I emailed Aaron a week ago for the fix , with the serial number of the Alpha, but have had no reply. Aaron, I hope you see this :D
