 Post subject: Possible virus has got into VirtualRPC SE

While doing a virus scan on my Windows machine, MacAfee has discovered a "potentially unwanted program" called Exploit-MIME.gen.c somwhere in VirtualRPC. Windows file search doesn't seem to be able to find this.
Is this a genuine Virtual RPC file, or do I need to be paranoid about it?
