Does anyone know if Virtual A5000 will run on Vista or if there are any issues-e.g. ability to read floppies?

There are a number of different versions of VirtualA5000. From Version 1.0 to Version 1.44 with a number in-between. Just because one version might work doesn't mean others will.

You really need to say which version you have.
