VirtualAcorn's offices will be closed from midday on the 15th of August for our annual holiday. The offices will re-open at 10am on Monday the 1st of September.
Placing OrdersDuring this period we will not be able to process or dispatch any orders. Any orders that are place via our secure payments system on our website will be processed on the week starting the 1st of September.
Unlock CodesDuring the Holiday period we will of course continue to issue unlock codes via e-mail, unlock codes will not be available via the telephone. We will endevour to ensure that any unlock code requests are dealt
with promptly and apologise in advance if there is any short delay in the process.
Technnical SupportDuring the holiday period technical support will still be available. In the first instance users should consult the Support section of the VirtualAcorn website at:

http://www.virtualacorn.co.uk/forum/index.htmlSupport will also be available via e-mail but there may be a short increase in response times. Use of the Forums will require a registration process and we will be activating new user accounts during the holiday period.
