Some Keys don't work in RISC OSThis problem can be caused by the Microsoft eHome MCIR 109 Keyboard keyboard driver. The most common problem is the right hand shift key not operating. This keyboard driver is actually designed for Japanese keyboards and can cause numerous problems on a machine that is configured for a different alphabet. From the Windows Control Panel open the Device Manager. The open the Keyboards section. Find the eHome MCIR 109 Keyboard, right click on it and click on Update Driver Software.... You will have to move through a couple of confirmation boxes until you are presented with a list of three drivers:
Select the HID Keyboard Device option. This will install the standard keyboard driver and will permanently overwrite the eHome MCIR 109 Keyboard driver Did this solve your problem? |
