File SyncClock not found

You have made an alteration to the RISC OS Boot sequence and somehow one of the SyncClock files has been deleted/moved. SyncClock synchronises the RISC OS and Windows clocks every 5 seconds or so. This stops the RISC OS clock getting out of step if you hibernate your PC whilst VirtualAcorn is running.

There should be two SyncClock files in your Boot sequence and for some reason one of them can't be found. In your PreDesk directory should be a SyncClock module. Make sure this is present, as it is probably missing. It might be worth searching your Boot sequence to see if it has ended up somewhere else. If it has you can put it back in PreDesk so that it is loaded every time.

In your Tasks directory will be a SyncClock Obey file. If you can't find the SyncClock module then you can safely delete this file provided you don't need to use SyncClock. Then the error message on booting should go away.

Did this solve the problem?
