Unlock code rejected

Check that the unlock code is entered correctly. The code consists of three groups of six figures separated by minus signs. The code is a hexadecimal number so is made up of the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to F. All letters are upper case. An example unlock code is below:

4718F-15F1F2-194124

If the code is still being rejected then some hardware items might have been disabled. Try enabling any disabled hardware then re-boot the PC and try running VirtualRPC again. It's also possible that the Microsoft Virtual WiFi miniport adapter has been enabled. This article explains how to disable it.

If neither of the above help you can request a new unlock code here. You will need the Product ID number that VirtualRPC is showing on screen and the VirtualAcorn CD serial number, which is printed on your VirtualAcorn CD.
